Derek is a loving husband to his wife, Shannon, and the crazy uncle to his niece and nephew.  He grew up in the Southwest hills above Wilson High School where he enjoyed physics and chemistry and played varsity baseball.  He went on to spend several years at OSU but left to get into the construction industry.

He found remodeling to be his calling and hasn’t looked back since.  In his down time, he enjoys backpacking, cross-training, cooking, and dabbles in training as a civilian first responder.  Remodeling is the perfect outlet for Derek with his jack-of-all-trades abilities, and his acute sense of detail to the job and the client.

Justin is a proud father of two kids and his dog, Holly, who likes to hang out around jobsites with him. He attended Wilson High School (now Wells HS) in Southwest Portland and then went to the University of Denver to get a business degree. Justin is a huge Timbers and Liverpool supporter, enjoys hiking, playing and reffing soccer, and spending time with his kids.
